Build Systems First
You can't delegate chaos. Create systems for:
- Sourcing: What to buy, what to skip, price limits
- Prep: Step-by-step cleaning, measuring, tagging
- Photography: Lighting setup, angles needed, backgrounds
- Listing: Templates, keywords, pricing guidelines
- Shipping: Packing process, carrier selection, supplies
- Customer service: Response templates, return policy
